It is a strange process, not knowing quite what you are doing, yet being guided by a sense of potential, hoping to discover something in the moment, or sometime afterwards, however elusive it might be. Indeed, these pictures are so simple and understated that they seem almost not to be there at all.
This work reveals itself most fully as a whole that transcends the individual images from which it is made.
